Dooshyant practice focuses on corporate law, involving local and international clients, company restructurings and employment law.

Prior to joining LEGIS, Dooshyant worked for a leading Mauritian law firm. He has extensive litigation experience and has appeared regularly before the various courts of Mauritius, including the Supreme Court. Dooshyant has advised clients and appeared in criminal, civil, private property, employment and corporate matters; Dooshyant has advised clients and appeared in criminal, civil, private property, employment and corporate matters.

Dooshyant has also been involved in drafting corporate legal opinions, shareholders’ agreements, lease agreements, employment contracts and commercial contracts.
