Ruweida LALLMAHAMOOD

Barrister/Associate

Prior to joining LEGIS and Partners Ltd, Ruweida worked as a corporate associate at a Tier-1 chambers in Mauritius where her focus was on matters of transactional corporate and commercial law. More recently, she worked as a corporate lawyer at a specialised property services firm in the UK. Her time as an in-house lawyer has given her considerable insight on the operational aspects of a business and implement corporate governance. 

Ruweida started her career as a civil lawyer in the UK where she undertook a broad range of civil work, including commercial, immigration and personal injury.

Ruweida has significant experience in corporate and commercial law, both in the UK and Mauritius. During her years of practice, she has also gained experience in the fields of chancery, insolvency and securities;
