Yash focuses on commercial property, project development and financing;

He has assisted various international investors (investment funds, real estate companies and operators) in real estate transactions, including due diligence and the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements.

Yash also has extensive experience in property development, acting for both developers and occupiers, with a focus on the retail and office sectors, including the negotiation of commercial leases.

As part of some of these complex real estate transactions, Yash also provided assistance in relation to environmental aspects of such transactions under French environmental law, particularly as regards installations classified for environmental protection (ICPE) as one of the largest power plants in Cestas, France and the development of a 200,000 m² logistics hub/warehouse in the northern France.
